Minimum Viable Workflow (MVW)

Where to begin? When automating for the first time or automating a new area, always start with:

One small, high-impact workflow.

For example, the most tedious part of a larger process.

Iterate on that slice of a workflow only until it’s as automated as you want it.

Once it works, you + an agent can use it as a canonical reference for creating workflows for the other parts.
